  1. I've got a small paid off house and have invested in the market for 15 years. That makes me a self-made millionaire, yet I look about as middle class as they come. In fact, my friends are constantly telling me I need to get a new car as the SUV I drive around is 15 years old lol.

  2. I agree and think hard work and preparation yields what other people perceive as "luck". Even though it can seem like opportunities come up for people out of the blue, there was usually a lot of hard work and effort going on behind the scenes!

  4. Naval is super smart. I also listened to that interview he did with Joe Rogan. All great points you presented here 👍

  5. living below my means without feeling deprived…my side hustle is a creative one so I can sell my original pieces of folk art, patterns for my designs or unique supplies to create with…do I really have to give up my naps..can't we make an exception for those 59 and older?

  6. "Average is the new enemy" is the best quote that I have heard in awhile. I really need to have that put on my wall right next to my post it that says "you get in life what you accept."

  7. Perfect wisdom. Perfect advice. I like this no-nonsense approach to the title, Jarrad, not a long lecture that includes too many technical details. Indeed, the simpler the wisdom, the truer it is. This video will definitely be shared on FB.

  8. Jarrad with an "A", you really nail it every time. Great research, great delivery. The information is distilled in such a way that I can easily pay attention despite my raging Robin Williams grade ADHD. Thanks brother!

  9. Average sucks! Haha! 😆 This is good info! Striving toward marathon mentality 🏅when it comes to increasing my savings and investments. Thanks for sharing!

  10. I wish i can work the weekends but I'm a religious jew and I will not work on the sabbath, absolutely not. It's hard to do double shifts though, I've decided I have to go to school and get a better career. Guess you gonna be another jewish lawyer!? 😀 (out of pocket though no more debt which i've reduced significantly).
